Annunciation of the Lord March 25th 2009
The board of directors of the Immaculate Conception Foundation held an extraordinary meeting on April 4, 2009, at Rolando’s Restaurant in Orlando, FL. The main issue had to do with the “Donor Gift Annuity Program”. Since this was the first time our foundation was participating in such a program, the board members had quite a few questions for Mr. Dan Zebrowski, CPA, of Family Financial Planners, Inc., which he addressed to our satisfaction, as our Charitable Advisor on this program. The board also discussed several pending decisions regarding the Hogar de Ninas Hijas de la Altagracia in El Llano, Bani. Minutes of this meeting are available to board members.

Two more boxes full of donated clothes, shoes, and miscellaneous food and dental hygiene items were packed and shipped to the Hogar de Ninas Hijas de la Altagracia in Bani. The two boxes had a combined weight of 201 pounds, and some of their contents will be of great utility to the girls for a long time. Thanks to all members of the Immaculate Conception Foundation who contributed to this effort.
