3 More Boxes to Bani on August 26, 2009

There were 3 more boxes shipped on August 26, 2009, to the children at the Hogar de Ninas Hijas de la Altagracia in El Llano, Bani, Dominican Republic. The total weight was 341 pounds, mostly food items, over-the-counter medicine, and donated clothes. Thanks again to all who contributed to this shipment, especially Mercedes and Enrique for their donation of over-the-counter medicine, and the nice towels. As usual, Elsa took care of purchasing the food items (mostly using the ‘Petty Cash’ collected by Adalberto & Margarita with their “Chocolate Bars Donation Program”), packing the 3 boxes, and delivering them to Martinez Cargo Express in Orlando.
